PMRPC’s Annual Meeting

Date:
Saturday, January 26, 2019 - 2:00pm

PMRPC’s  Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, January 26, at 2 p.m. in the Bill Wall Pavillon at PMRPC.  We will vote on a budget and spending priorities for 2019, some changes to the Bylaws, and elect members of the Board of Directors.

Board members serve staggered,  multi-year terms. Up for election this year are:

— President: The incumbent, Jim Flynn, is running for a two-year term.
— Treasurer: The incumbent, Jim Watson, is running for a two-year-term.
— Chief Instructor: The incumbent, Tom Kehoe, will be running for a two-year term.
—  Shotgun Director: The incumbent, John Elam, will be running for a three-year term.

Please mark your calendars so you can attend this, the most important meeting of the year.  If we do not get a quorum of 5% of the membership (about 175 people), we’ll have to reschedule, which takes both considerable time and energy, and has significant costs attached to it.

We will send out the proposed changes to the bylaws in the coming weeks.
